Our Programs

At Breathe to Bloom Kids, we pride ourselves on offering personalised and distinctive yoga and mindfulness programs designed to cater to all ages and abilities. 

 

Each session incorporates a blend of engaging elements, including Pranayama (breath work), Asanas (yoga poses), mindful games, Savasana (meditation & rest) and reflective practices; ensuring a well-rounded experience for every participant.

 

Our lessons connect to and meet National Curriculum Standards (for ACECQA The Early Years Learning Framework & ACARA F-10 Curriculum)

Every session includes the use of yoga mats, props and engaging, themed lesson plans.
