I'm Tayla, the Founder & Creator of Breathe to Bloom Kids. I began my kids’ yoga teaching journey in 2023, combining my passions of yoga and working with children. I attained my teaching credentials through Zenergy Yoga and continually pursue further education to uphold the utmost quality in our programs, ensuring they effectively equip children with essential skills for life.

 

Throughout my many years of experience in Primary classrooms, I have seen first hand the positive impact of yoga and mindfulness practices on student wellbeing. These experiences have allowed me to observe the transformative effects that incorporating these practices can have on children's emotional regulation, concentration levels, and overall sense of calmness. It's truly inspiring to see how these simple, yet powerful techniques empower students to navigate challenges with resilience and to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and compassion.

Here at Breathe to Bloom Kids, we are focused on fostering children's mental and physical wellbeing, self-care routines and emotional regulation skills, all in engaging, inclusive and fun ways. Our sessions are tailored for children of all ages & abilities, from babies to teenagers, and we love that each child brings something unique and special to every yoga class.
